No one has to bite the big one. It could be as simple as a heart attack, stroke or cancer. Then what? Your lead employee … heck that could be you … goes down to even a light case of some dreaded disease and the next thing you know you're spending money you don't have to get the job done. Maybe just to survive.

Can you imagine the added stress of having to do an extra job on top of everything you do already? Your family would never see you. Your waistline would grow and there'd be more of those sick headaches. Vacation would be out of the question. All of this because someone got sick and needed a few months to recover?

Isn't there enough to worry about when you're at the throttle of your own business, without the added burden of carrying everybody around on your back? I don't know about you but sometimes that is more than enough for me.
